HDW AI Repair Shop provides AI-powered repair diagnostics and guidance for home, automotive, technology, and appliance issues. The service is for informational purposes only.

- Always consult a licensed professional for electrical, gas, structural, or safety-critical repairs.
- AI-generated diagnoses may be inaccurate. Use your own judgment before acting on any recommendation.
- We are not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from repairs attempted using information from our app.
- When in doubt, call a professional.
Subscriptions
HDW AI Repair Shop offers optional subscriptions (HDW Pro) that provide unlimited diagnoses:
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
- Free users receive 3 diagnoses at no cost. No credit card is required to use free features.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the app's AI models or systems
- Use the app to generate harmful or dangerous content
- Misuse or abuse the free diagnosis limit through artificial means
Intellectual Property
All content, design, and code within the HDW AI Repair Shop app is owned by HDW Diagnostics. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HDW Diagnostics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
