How many free diagnoses do I get?
You get 3 free diagnoses. After that, upgrade to HDW Pro for unlimited diagnoses — $6.99/month or $59.99/year.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → HDW AI Repair Shop → Cancel. You can also manage it in the App Store.
Is the AI diagnosis always accurate?
Our AI provides excellent guidance based on your description, but no diagnosis is 100% guaranteed. For safety-critical repairs involving electricity, gas, or structural issues, always consult a licensed professional.
How do I restore my purchases on a new phone?
Open the app, tap the Settings tab, and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
My diagnosis didn't load. What do I do?
Check your internet connection and try again. If the issue persists, close and reopen the app. If it still doesn't work, contact us below.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your repair history is stored only on your device. Problem descriptions are sent to our AI service to generate diagnoses but are not permanently stored. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
